They are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist with a background in commercial property to manage a portfolio of commercial claims. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial property claims end to end Assess damages, liaise with stakeholders and clients Work across multiple commercial insurance products, leveraging your claims expertise Support claimants throughout the claims process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers to deliver top-tier customer service Candidate Profile In order to be successful in this role, you will have: At least 3-5 years' experience in end-to-end commercial property claims Strong organisation and excellent communication skills A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer service Knowledge on Microsoft Excel & Word Company, Culture & Benefits Hybrid working benefits A supportive and collaborative work culture Exposure to a wide range of commercial insurance products Work for a leading insurance company Career progression opportunities
