We are looking for an ambitious Account Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional demonstrated experience in leading complex communications programs, should be a problem-solver, love creativity and love the power and versatility of PR. Developing our staff is a huge focus for the agency. The successful candidate should enjoy working with a raft of consultants at many levels and helping them to achieve their goals. This is a critical role in the agency, is a client partner and provides solid counsel internally and externally. On any given day they will be working in partnership with the broader agency village, briefing creative teams for PR-led activation work, overseeing the launch and execution of multiple PR, influencer and other channels of work across consumer, corporate and CSR initiatives. We are looking for someone who is ambitious with an excellent technical skillset. They will understand how PR, social and experiential work, have great communications skills, be able to manage clients and the delivery of projects like a pro and want to work on campaigns that are designed to get noticed. Our work is creatively driven, and our operations integrated across multiple disciplines and agencies. We need someone who thrives in a creative environment, likes to find new ways to do things and has a passion for tackling a challenge and leading a team through the process. The successful person should be an experienced SAM ready to take on an AD remit, or an established AD.
