About the Role We have an opportunity for a fulltime Project Manager with Contract Administration experience, to join our growing construction division. In this position you will: Manage the delivery of commercial projects from contract award through to handover and completion Work with the internal projects team, manage subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with industry best practice and exceeding client expectations Manage variations (both head contract and subcontract variations) Work effectively with clients, project stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors to maximise service delivery, achieve business cost savings and satisfy client requirements Have a solid understanding of each project in relation to scope, cost, contract particulars, delivery team, scheduling, and other relevant information Report weekly on project performance and meeting target project gross profit margins Join a technologically advanced company with great systems and software programs to support your day-to-day project management, all specific training will be provided Why Join Us?
