ABOUT THE ROLE This position is suited to a beauty therapist who is passionate about our holistic approach to active beauty treatments and who enjoys nurturing their clients. · Skin focussed role with ethical organic skincare, facials, laser and waxing. · Meet & greet our clients, receiving bookings via phone or email, arrange appointments and maintain client records · Perform all waxing services, laser treatments, micro-needling, lash lifts and brow expertise as well as nurturing facials, manicures and pedicures. · Answering beauty-related questions and providing tips on daily skin care regimens · Sterilizing tools and instruments after every use and maintaining a clean and hygienic work area · Prescribe our clients with the products and services they require based on their individual needs · Collaborate with the rest of the salon staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for clients · Attend all company training sessions as required ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (completed) and experience working as a therapist full time for at least one year. Good skin knowledge and wanting a skin focussed role. Confident and fast with waxing services (including intimate waxing). Ability to support a holistic approach to beauty and skin treatments. You must have a great attitude, good communication skills & enjoy working in a team environment. Able meet & greet clients and book appointment as needed, have excellent English speaking and written skills as there is a lot of writing required via email and client record keeping. (Kitomba Software is used for bookings). Ability to multitask and ensure the salon is kept tidy at all times. WE OFFER: Competitive pay rates (reviewed regularly).
