The roleLeading a team of experts, this role is all about ensuring the department’s people systems are effective, efficient, and continuously improving. From providing expert advice and overseeing system enhancements to managing compliance and risk, the focus is on delivering high-quality, strategic solutions that meet the needs of the organisation. With multiple stakeholders to engage and evolving business requirements, the role is a blend of operational leadership and forward-thinking innovation. Balancing current system performance with future enhancements is key, requiring an understanding of business needs, system capabilities, and best practices. Navigating policy updates, driving collaboration across teams, and ensuring seamless system integration are all part of the challenge. For more information read the full Role Description: Manager People Systems About You:You are a strategic thinker with expertise in people systems and a passion for driving system enhancements that improve workforce management.You have strong leadership skills, capable of managing a team of system administrators and subject matter experts to deliver best-practice solutions.You excel in stakeholder engagement, balancing the needs of internal and external partners while ensuring smooth system integration and performance.You are highly analytical and solutions-focused, able to assess business needs and translate them into practical, technology-driven system improvements.You bring deep knowledge of HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and experience managing system enhancements from planning to implementation.You have a strong grasp of risk and compliance management, ensuring people systems align with governance requirements and best practices.You thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while keeping up with policy changes and emerging industry trends.You are a collaborative leader, fostering teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement across your department.
