The Role: Based at our plant in Beresfield, this role reporting to the Operations Manager will be part of our reliability team supporting our production team covering operational requirements. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Be able to react quickly to breakdowns minimising downtime. Carry out routine checks and planned preventative maintenance to maintain productivity of machines. Assist in fault finding, troubleshooting and repairs of machinery. Maintain stock levels of spare parts to assist in making components for repairs. Update and maintain data records on works carried out. Use continuous improvement to ensure optimal safety, efficiency, and quality. Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental, Health and Safety and HACCP. What You Will Bring to the Team: Hold a Mechanical Trade Qualification Previous maintenance experience in a fixed plant and/or manufacturing environment. Experience in Pneumatics and Hydraulics Have machining and welding skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team. Hold a current forklift licence would be advantageous. Adhere, uphold, and maintain OHS policies and procedures.
