About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic Client Co-ordinator to join our fast growing Business Services team in Brisbane. Your key responsibility will be to provide professional secretarial and administrative support to two Partners and general administrative support to their teams. Your role is integral to ensuring we continue to provide exceptional client service to our wide range of clients and this will be achieved by way of building strong client relationships. Your role will include: Provide exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele Provide accounting practice support Provide secretarial and administrative support to two Partners General administrative support to the broader team Assist with client related matters including, report, proposal and presentation preparation, monthly billings, independence conflict checks Set up new clients and update client details in our databases and portals Liaise with ATO and ASIC and provide reports Maintain contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phone Lodge ITR's/BAS Prepare general client correspondence Provide assistance with Teams and Zoom meetings Corporate credit card monthly reconciliations Provide Corporate Secretarial services including ASIC forms and searches Arrange meetings, including booking rooms, catering, tele/video conference facilities Preparation of meeting agendas, minute taking and follow up/tracking of action items Ensure Data Integrity information contained in systems are up to date at all times We’re open to candidates with strong PA/administrative experience and happy to provide training in the responsibilities specific to our role. About You A minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in an accounting firm/professional services firm well regarded but not essential) Proactive, flexible approach, open to ongoing learning High level time management skills and proven ability to prioritise A strong client service ethic and goes the ‘extra mile’ to commit to excellence, sets and achieves high standards Actively listens, knows when to probe and ask further questions to finalise work.
