Head of Sales – Cyber & Tech Services Are you a driven sales leader with experience in scaling businesses? A fast-growing cybersecurity services provider is looking for a Head of Sales to drive growth and build out its sales practice in Australia. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a real impact in a company that specializes in 24x7 Managed Security & Detection Response (MXDR) services. What’s on Offer? The chance to sell into large MSSPs and enterprises across Australia. Ownership of the entire Australian sales region, with a small but growing team. Booked presence at major cybersecurity events throughout the year. What We’re Looking For: Tech sales expertise – cybersecurity experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong background in channel sales and/or direct sales. Someone based in Sydney, with the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy. A leader who can build a high-performing sales practice from the ground up. Experience in closing deals with large MSSPs and enterprises. Comfortable managing an average deal size of $150K annually. Ability to navigate full Australia sales territory, focusing on key markets in NSW, VIC, and QLD. A hands-on, growth-focused sales leader who wants to be part of the business, not just work for it.
