Our teams cover both the north and south sides of the city, minimizing travel as much as possible. Additionally, instructors receive an allowance for travel to and from schools. Candidates must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a Working with Children check to access school premises. We do offer additional revenue opportunities with our school discos/graduations which are not only paid for at a higher rate but additional time in leui is offered. ⦁ A consistent work schedule provided for a full 10 weeks of the term that allows for planning. ⦁ Hourly rate car allowance toll reimbursements paid breaks uniforms (tops) provided. ⦁ 1 x fully paid wellbeing day per year (usually taken on your birthday) ⦁ Opportunities for advancement and growth within the company, within the state, nationally and internationally. ⦁ On-The-Job Training provided by our Senior Team Members, Training & Development Supervisors & Group Relationships Manager. As well as ongoing training and support. ⦁ All choreography, lesson plans and documentation provided for you with appropriate video/online training support. ⦁ Flexible Work - We employ many different roles from 2 days per week to full 5 days per week. High Volume of Schools/Bookings allows for multiple variations of instructor employment. Experience Required: ⦁ High level of training and proficiency in various dance styles. ⦁ Previous experience teaching dance to children or adolescents in a school setting, dance studio or community program. ⦁ Ability to deliver engaging dance lessons. ⦁ Strong communication skills. ⦁ A SA Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
