We are currently looking for a motivated, and experienced Client Engagement Manager to join our team and help us achieve our mission of empowering people with disabilities and creating meaningful solutions. To find out more about our story, visit: dannymetsally.com.au About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation for Danny Met Sally. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This role requires someone who is strategic, customer-focused, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals living with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Identify potential markets, clients, and business opportunities within the respective State or Territory. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand the client base, and drive growth. Lead business development projects, focusing on emerging markets and innovative service solutions. Secure participants to fill SIL rooms and homes, liaising with STA providers when needed. Act as a brand ambassador for Danny Met Sally, promoting our services and fostering long-lasting client relationships. Engage with Support Coordinators, Allied Health representatives, and other industry stakeholders to grow the business and enhance the organisation’s reputation. Provide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Assist with onboarding new clients and provide feedback to improve our offerings. About You In-depth understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the Australian disability support system. Proven success in business development and sales in disability services- be able to take charge of your role and produce outcomes within a short timeframe Ability to work remotely (from home) and travel to meetings, events etc as needed Strong market knowledge, including client relationship management and sales strategies. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and respect. Commitment to integrity, honesty, and making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives. Valid driver's licence. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain Why Join Us?
