Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Division of Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care (DivRAP). Salary $103,353.00 - $110,497.00 (Pro Rata) RN2A | 1.35 FTE Available – Ongoing Pursue Excellence in Healthcare: Associate Nurse Unit Manager Roles Available As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in Bangka Strait, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and driving excellence in patient care at the Repat Health Precinct. Your exceptional leadership skills and clinical expertise will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative team environment and optimising healthcare delivery. About the role: Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, Bangka Strait, some of your duties as the ANUM involve: Participating in clinical teaching, overseeing learning experience, and goal setting for students, new staff and staff with less experience. Assisting and supporting the Nurse Unit Manager in management, clinical, and education activities. Promoting continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager of Bangka Strait. Supporting change management processes and Quality Improvement Initiatives Fostering a positive work culture whilst encouraging creativity and innovation About you: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds or who is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. Registered as a Nurse with at least 3 years, full-time equivalent, post-registration experience. Demonstrated competence in rehabilitation and geriatric nursing practice in accordance with the relevant standards. Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
