Senior Property Advisor

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and quality advice to ensure the effective and efficient coordination of statutory processes under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 and the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 . Undertake research, analysis and interpretation of matters relating to land acquisition and land tenure requirements, to assist in project delivery. Prepare and coordinate timely and high-quality briefings, reports, policy responses, legal requests and correspondence as required on land acquisition and land management matters. Support project delivery through a broad range of activities, such as consultation with key stakeholders (eg. government agencies, local government), procurement and titles lodgments. Implement effective administrative and statutory processes and business improvements, contribute ideas and solutions to work challenges, communicating ideas through graphs, tables, and other communication means. Reflect the public service values and ethics, contribute to and maintain the positive and inclusive culture of the team and the Office of the Coordinator-General more broadly.
