Join us on this exciting journey as we embark on a new roll out of Brand Collective Footwear Myer stores across Australia The role: As we embark on opening brand-new and engaging retail spaces across Australia, we welcome applications for Concession Store Managers to lead the teams at our NEW Brand Collective Footwear Myer Northland store opening in February 2025. Our store teams are the face of our brands. They have a wealth of knowledge, passion and love bringing to our customers a truly authentic and memorable customer experience. Working across Tuesday to Saturday, you will be leading the day-to-day operations of the store while actively and passionately selling to contribute to the store's sales and KPI targets. As a Concession Store Manager, you build and drive a customer-focused culture through leading by example: acting as a passionate brand ambassador for Brand Collective. You use data and insights for growth opportunities, and you develop effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Additionally, you: Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experienceHave ‘operational excellence’ front of mind when handling products, visual merchandising and considerations for loss prevention managementActively maintain a safe place to work with a focus on promoting wellbeing Recruit, select and train team membersWork towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories across the brand offering Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM and marketing opportunities. You bring to the team: Concession or store retail leadership experienceEnthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for our customers Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident and tailored to their needsExperience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted)Capabilities in training, coaching and mentoring team members, alongside driving and exceeding KPI's Excellent time management skills Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
