Job Description

About the Role: As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by supporting office, workshop, and project teams. This role offer a chance to contribute to exciting projects while working in supportive environments that prioritise career growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups. Organise and maintain records, files, and documents. Support scheduling and coordination of project requirements. Arrange medicals, training, inductions, and travel for staff. Oversee staff rosters and ensure timesheets are accurate. Manage office supplies and equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Handle communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed. Support procurement and workflow activities. About You: We’re looking for candidates with: Strong administration and organisational skills. Previous experience in operations, office administration, or project coordination. Familiarity with mobilisation processes and scheduling tools.
