Now, we're looking for someone to join our Spare Parts department and play a key role in our continued success. This is a full-time position, offering the perfect opportunity to make a real impact while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You must be available to work weekdays 8.00am to 5.00pm and 1 Saturday per month 8.00am -12pm What Your Day Will Look Like: As a Spare Parts team member, you'll have the chance to work both independently and alongside a talented group of people. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate parts information, and supporting our team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here's a snapshot of your day-to-day: Provide parts and accessories to our trade, service, and sales departments Answer sales enquiries, whether it's face-to-face or over the phone Prepare parts kits in advance for our Service department Offer support to our customers by compiling quotes, sharing product info, and addressing their needs in a timely manner Maintain customer database orders and quotes, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date What You Can Bring to the Role: We’re looking for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in spare parts sales and interpreting.
