Process Worker / Machine Operator

Griffiths Coffee, one of Australia's leading independent and innovative coffee roasters, is seeking a team player to join our production team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work in all facets of the production environment. The Role. Operate various mechanical processing equipment. (vertical form filled machines) Assist in changeover of machine attachments and materials. Regular cleaning and maintenance of machines. Picking and Packing of stock and orders. Maintain accurate records of production data. Skills and Attributes At least 2 years experience in similar FMCG production environment. Strong work ethic. Must be physically fit and enjoy working in a team. High level of attention to detail. Mechanically minded. Forklift license (preferred but not essential) Food Safety accreditation knowledge preferred. Only candidates that make it to the interview stage will be notified.
