I am seeking an experienced Project Change Manager for a client in Melbourne to take up a contract till June 2025 with a view of extension. Your day at NTT A minimum of 3 years of experience working with clinicians in Victoria, with a preference to a client-facing role. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in engagement, change and adoption. Experience in developing and implementing project engagement or training strategies and plans in a complex and changing environment with multiple streams of work and inter-connected timelines. What would make you a good fit for this role? Ability to understand the needs of clinical leaders and senior stakeholder and lead and/or influence them to align their business requirements, with a preference for Clinical leadership experience. Experience producing and coordinating the production of communication and training materials, including newsletters, FAQs presentations, slide decks, web content and other collateral to inform stakeholders about the project, progress, and updates.
