Construction Manager

In 2025, we will commence construction at Braeside, including the development of a new Innovation Centre, an upgrade and relocation of our QA/QC laboratory and expanded office working areas. ​ Reporting to the Engineering Director, the Construction Manager is responsible for delivering these construction works at Braeside, to ensure our construction is in line with safety, quality, time and cost requirements.​ This role will be offered as a fixed-term contract for a period of 2 years, with a view to extend for another year if needed. Responsibilities include: Manage construction works in accordance with all regulatory requirements Ensure a safe workplace to prevent safety incidents and manage risk Closely manage each construction phase to ensure that project is delivered to agreed standards, on time and within allocated budgets. Develop and follow agreed construction plan Day to day site supervision and coordination of on site works Who are you? Qualifications in construction/project management Demonstrated experience in leading construction activities in complex Brownfield environment, ideally pharmaceutical/health or food manufacturing Proficiency in project management software and tools.
