As a result of continued growth, we are looking for an experienced CSO who will support our advisors through the implementation of compliant advice, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships, as well as; Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and requests. Coordinating the team’s workload and reviewing all ROA and SOA documents for advisors. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining up-to-date records. Providing administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings; and Assisting in projects for process improvement, technology, and client experience.
