Job Description

Stockland is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their Land Lease Communities side of the business in Perth. This exciting newly created position is due to the expanding nature and strong development in this sector of the business, in the coming year. The Opportunity - About the Role In this role you will provide project management expertise to deliver project design, procurement, quality and financial requirements as well as drive engagement with key stakeholders in order to achieve the project management group vision and outcomes. Key responsibilities include:Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered on time, budget and to required quality specificationsProvide project management expertise in partnership with Development Managers and other key stakeholdersEstablish partnering relationships with relevant external head contractors, consultants and suppliersEnsure the Development Team is updated along the journey, ensuring seamless defecting and transition to occupation for our customersDevelop and demonstrate a strong understanding of all of Stockland's processes within the design, cost, construction, quality, WHS, and ESG functions. About You We are looking for a candidate with Project Management or Contract Management experience, ideally in the residential construction industry, along with strong commercial and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, take initiative, and have a drive to achieve business and project targets and outcomes. Additionally, you will have: Appropriate tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experienceStrong ability to lead, drive and motivate contractors and consultants to achieve program milestones.Project Management / Contract Management experience working in the residential construction industryProven understanding of legal requirements and obligations in the administration of contractsAn energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to drive better outcomesStrong communication and customer centricity skills The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
