Are you a recent graduate looking for a new role and entering the industry? or do you have recent experience working in a Bank or financial services organisation? We have multiple exciting entry-level positions working with our Banking clients on various programs of work. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in supporting a team, have organisational skills and be a great team player Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for providing support which will involve the following administrative duties:Responsible for the management of customer documents for the project team.Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing.Receiving, reviewing, and sorting communications and reflecting on this within the internal banking systems.Data entry and updating various systems.Ensuring all customer communication is recorded and updated appropriately.Updating and reviewing collateral management records within internal banking systems.
