Duties Manage 3-4 direct reports and around 20 indirect reportsRelationship building both internally but also with clients with an opportunity to be client facingPerforming analytics and reporting for supply chain Strategic planning for inventory and consignment stockEngage with and manage distributorsParticipate in operational and strategic planning Skills and Experience Experience in a similar role managing a team within operationsIdeally experience within the pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG industries Excellent stakeholder engagement experienceStrong experience in project management and continuous improvementAnaltyical skills Experience in budget development Culture A team with a strong bond and collaborative approach.
