About Us: Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions. The Role: As Property Manager you will support the delivery of a range of Leasing and Transaction Management activities for a retail property portfolio Preparation of Options Papers (Site Searches/Market Sweeps) to support client strategy and decision making Prepare Lease preparation Approval Forms at the completion of transaction seeking Undertake a range of transactions including: Market Rent Reviews - manage market rent reviews in Lease Agreements with external landlords or its representative Exercising Options – when instructed ensuring that options are exercised to secure tenure Lease Renewals – renegotiate terms on existing leases New Sites and New Site Selections – undertake site search and due diligence activities Divestment of Leased Sites - co-ordination of Landlord/Lease notices and carry out Make-Good negotiations Management of sub leasing opportunities for surplus leased spaces Works alongside the client and other workstreams to support property strategy develop and pre-transaction review to provide market and site specific data and information Management of critical dates and key lease events. Provide input into Portfolio-level budgeting. Client relationship management – establishment of defined lines of communication and regular meetings with the client counterpart and other key stakeholders. Be a Transaction Technology Champion. Assist in developing business processes, playbooks and transaction technology implementation. What you will bring Experience Property Management and associated services with a track record Preferred Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines. Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets. Excellent client service and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
