About Us: Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions. The Role: The Assistant Facilities Manager will both assist the team to manage, and own key deliverables, associated with the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility, and be an on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s)Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met Procurement & Vendor ManagementEnsure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget Overseeing ContractsPlan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs Keeping an eye on the Site & OperationsRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations Limiting Risk to JLL & the Client What you will bring A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client. An engaging party who thrives on inspiring and participating with the team. Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Possess a can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships Preferred degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field &/or 3-5 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field Has experience working in critical environments Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements Knowledge of critical facilities Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system What to expect from us: As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
