The Academic Quality Officer (AQO) plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of academic quality and compliance within IHNA. This position is responsible for overseeing curriculum development, assessment practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the institution's (IHNA ) educational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Work with faculty and academic departments to develop and validate curriculum materials. Monitor student feedback and complaints to identify areas for quality improvement. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ASQA and other relevant regulations. Collaborate across academic departments to enhance institutional operations. Analyze academic performance metrics, including retention and graduation rates, and assist the Registrar in reporting to stakeholders. Evaluate assessment data to identify improvement areas and support faculty in enhancing assessment practices. Qualifications & Experience: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Curriculum Development, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in curriculum development, assessment practices, and quality assurance in an educational setting. Knowledge and Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. Proficiency in English communication Experience working effectively in a team environment. Strong record management and office administration skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve targets. Benefits: Salary Ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs27,000 per month based on relevant experience.
