Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen. Roster: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm What This Role Involves: Managing food preparation, presentation, and on-site operations Overseeing food and labor cost management Ordering, rotating, and managing stock inventory Ensuring adherence to food hygiene and safety standards Leading, developing, and managing the team Preparing texture-modified foods Kitchen operations, including bulk cooking Liaising with our residents and clients The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in kitchen operations and/or site management Strong leadership and communication skills Significant experience in the hospitality industry A professional approach to personal appearance and hygiene Ability to work independently Trade and Food Safety Supervisor Certification required What We Offer: Competitive salary with salary sacrifice options available.
