What You’ll Be Doing: As a key member of our sales team, reporting directly to the Advertising Manager, you’ll be responsible for seeking out new clients and nurturing existing relationships across regional WA, including Perth. Your mission? To promote our products and services with passion, while delivering exceptional customer service that ensures ongoing growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Generate New Business: Identify fresh opportunities and grow revenue by engaging with existing clients and actively seeking new ones. Understand Client Needs: Build deep relationships and develop targeted sales strategies that address client goals. Hit Monthly Targets: Stay focused on achieving and surpassing revenue goals. Create and Present: Develop compelling sales proposals and strategies, confidently presenting them to clients. Provide After-Sales Service: Offer ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and success. Contribute to Strategy: Provide valuable input into advertising strategies that will drive business success. Manage Risks: Assess and manage risks to business and revenue as they arise. What You Bring: Customer Service or Sales Experience: Background in industries like retail, hospitality, or any customer-focused field. Client-Centred Mindset: Passionate about working with clients to ensure they get the best return on investment with us. Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
