Working Foreman Start Date: 10th March Duration: 3 months Location: Lower Tysoe, CV35 Project: Complete fit-out of a 3-bedroom SIP panel detached new build, including mechanical, electrical, plastering, decorating, and flooring works. Day Rate: Flexible based on relevant experience Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and participate in the complete fit-out of a newly constructed SIP panel home. This is a hands-on role, requiring a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage trades on-site, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes. Requirements: At least 2 years' experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor Carpentry or General Builder background Experience in new builds and fit-out projects SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work hands-on while managing site activities
