What the Job Involves This role requires you to provide a customer-focused arboricultural service across the borough. You will be responsible for developing contract arrangements and handling work scheduling for areas such as Highways, Housing, and Parks. Key duties include overseeing the tree surgery unit, conducting regular inspections, managing tree surveys, and monitoring tree health. You'll work with the Confirm system to issue work orders, support budget management, and provide expert advice while engaging in community consultations and stakeholder relationships. This is a role that influences policy and service improvements through diligent performance reporting and inter-borough collaborations.
