This is a 3-month project starting in March, focusing on delivering a high-quality finish within tight deadlines. Key Requirements: Proven experience in site management, ideally within school or public sector refurbishment projects. Enhanced DBS is essential due to the nature of the site. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors, ensure health & safety compliance, and maintain project timelines.
