Mechanical Construction Manager

We are currently working with a leading main contractor with a turnover of circa £650m and a strong international presence across sectors who are looking for a mechanical construction manager to join their business to deliver a notable £20m M&E commercial scheme within a mission critical campus they are delivering in Newport Wales. Role/Responsibilities: • Management of subcontractor labour • Attend site meetings • Progress reports • Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFI’s, etc. • Health and safety • Review and amend RAMS • Snagging • Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project. The project is just about to get to delivery stage and you will have a chance to be involved from the very beginning and for the duration of the 2 years on that scheme with more developments to move onto within the same campus.
