Quality Controller/Inspector

We are recruiting a Quality Control Patrol Inspector on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Mildenhall. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement in a high-volume production environment. As a Quality Control Patrol Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. From conducting inspections and training operators to driving improvements, you will contribute directly to the efficiency and excellence of the organisation’s operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process and end-of-line inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. Train and support manufacturing teams on quality assurance processes. Identify, document, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams. Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency. Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records for trace ability and reporting. Skills & Attributes: Expertise in quality systems, inspection tools, and lean manufacturing. Strong analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment The working hours are 40 to 42.5 hour per week, morning shift.
