Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a small team of one developer and work on exciting projects that involve C#, Web API, integrations, Entity Framework, and REST APIs. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions while ensuring seamless integration with various systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a junior developer, providing guidance and support and general leadership/management. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C#, Web API, and Entity Framework. Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems and services. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support our applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and code reviews. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Developer Strong proficiency in C#, Web API, Entity Framework, and REST APIs. Experience with system integrations and working with Web APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
