Scheduler

Here at Wates, we have an opportunity for a scheduler to join our team in the Leamington Spa area. This is a new opportunity for someone to join our planned division whereby you will be responsible for allocating works for our sub contractors for one of our decarbonisation projects. This particular role will be based out of our Leamington Spa office so ideally you will be residing in that area. Key Accountabilities will include: Schedule works into diaries for our sub contractors daily ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given. Check the system for emergencies and manage within a timely manner to ensure targets are meet Respond to telephone variations by seeking approval from duty surveyor so operatives may continue the site through to completion Arrange inspections for supervisors Provide a high-quality service to our client on a face-to-face basis Working within a team of Site Managers and RLO`s ensuring a smooth process for both the sub contractors and residents. We are looking for you to have relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment ie planning, scheduling, logistics, call centre etc Construction/property services would be ideal but not a must. To be successful in the role you be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines
