Pool Team Leader - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire Job Type: Full Time (10 hour shift) Location: Billing Aquadrome, Crow Lane, Little Billing, Northampton NN3 9DA About us: Billing Aquadrome is located in the Nene Valley, in the heart of Northamptonshire. Set over 235 acres of green parkland and lakes , with fantastic facilities, stunning country walks and fully stocked fishing lakes there really is something for everyone. About this role: Our Pool Team Leader are enthusiastic, responsible and hardworking individuals who not only supervise our swimming sessions but maintain high standards of cleanliness and assist with general day to day operations. The Pool Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day running of the pool staff and provide support for the manager on shift. The Pool Team Leader can also be a stepping stone towards a career in leisure management; many of our team have progressed into other areas of the business and management roles over time. To work as a Pool Team Leader, you’ll need to have a Lifeguard qualification, for example the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). The Pool Team Leader will also assist the Pool Manager with the workings of the Pool Plant Room and will need a Pool Plant Operator (PPO) qualification as well.
