Jackson Hogg is exclusively partnering with an established organisation in Cramlington on the appointment of an Accountant. About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious finance professional who is eager to take on a management accountancy role. This position is ideal for either: A part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/AAT) looking to step up and develop into a management accounting role. An experienced Accountant who can take on management accountancy tasks from day one and contribute strategically. Key Responsibilities: Working towards preparing Budgets and Management Accounts Tracking and analysing revenues Assisting with payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting. Supporting the wider finance team with cost analysis, and stock. Identifying and implementing process improvements. Working closely with senior finance leaders to gain exposure to management reporting and business strategy. Preparation of monthly management accounts What We’re Looking For: Part-qualified or newly qualified (CIMA, ACCA) OR qualified by experience. Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (pivot tables, VLookups). Proactive and analytical mindset with a desire to develop into a management role
