We are currently seeking a Global Product Offering Specialist - Thermal to join our dynamic team. The Global Product Offering Specialist for Heat Re-use and Systems provides subject matter technical expertise and market knowledge on Heat Re-Use product/system for the Data Centers industry. The Product Offering Specialist will be responsible for understanding market trends, analyzing customer needs, and providing technical knowledge and expertise of the product/systems. The Product Offering Specialist works with the Global Product Manager to develop and execute strategies on New Product Development to ensure that products meet the diverse needs of the global customer base while maintaining a competitive edge in the market. What kind of work will you be doing? Support Global Product Manager in developing detailed requirements for new product requirements based on Market and Voice of the Customer and understanding of their product usage and buying journey. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify global trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Provide technical knowledge and expertise to support Application Engineer and Sales team on the product/system selection/definition. Develop product collateral with support from cross-functional teams to support new product launches. Manage ETO-C/custom sales’ projects and provide support to sales for quotation and technical support. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with overall business objectives. Attend tradeshows and meet with customers to ensure an accurate voice of customer is heard in all product plans. What will make you successful? University degree (BS or Master) in Engineering. Strong Technical knowledge of HVAC, preferably in data center applications and heat Re-Use. Good knowledge of thermodynamics and preferably Chilled Water system. Effectively communicates technical information and complex ideas. Experience working with customers and field sales teams. Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions. Strong written/oral communication skills. Very strong research and analytical skills. Good knowledge of Italian and English languages. 3-5 years of experience.
