This offer is made for you We are looking for our SKI MAN AND TECHNICAL SALESMAN/WOMEN in our VERONA shop Within a dynamic team, and reporting to the Store Manager, your main mission will be to provide customers with the best quality of service by collecting and satisfying their needs and wishes, thus allowing them to appreciate the full potential of the Brand, and to increase their loyalty through appropriate communication and in accordance with the values and culture of the Rossignol Group. You will be in charge of: Ski Workshop: In the workshop, the ski man must know the preparation techniques of the different types of skis. He must certify and demonstrate their ability and experience in ski preparation; both using automated robots and hand tools. The ski man must try skis on the slopes and therefore must know how to ski in order to evaluate his work. The skiman or ski equipment technician-salesman is a versatile employee. He performs several tasks. In the store, he welcomes adult and child customers and advises them on the purchase and rental of equipment, he communicates the rates. He adjusts bindings and boots according to weight, age and level of practice for maximum safety. The skiman also sells boots (skiing, hiking), skins and accessories: gloves, hats, goggles, wetsuits, safety equipment He fills in the rental form, collects the deposit and prepares the invoice. In the workshop, he cleans, disinfects and dries shoes. He maintains and repairs the equipment: sharpening, waxing, sole yokes, edge replacement. The skiman team leader takes care of stock management and distributes tasks. A sense of contact, a good knowledge of the equipment and a real understanding of the mountain environment are necessary for the activity of a skiman. Sales: Serving the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes; Provide an elevated customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating a good knowledge of ski and boot products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage; Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories; Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots; Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease; Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards; Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions; Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business; Maintain and set up the store and the laboratory in accordance with corporate policy and procedures; Your profile: You are full of energy, just concluded your studies and you would like to start a career in the ski world with Rossignol Group.
