Fromdelivering Functional Skillsandtailoring person-centred curriculatopreparing learners for adulthood, you’ll help every student take meaningful steps towards independence and success. What You’ll Do Inspire and Engage– Deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. Support Motivate– Guide students through their learning journey, ensuring they stay on track. Assess Develop– Monitor progress, mark work, and provide constructive feedback. Behaviour Management– Implement strategies that promote positive engagement and personal growth. Collaborate Innovate– Work closely with a fantastic team of teaching and support staff to create an outstanding learning environment. What We’re Looking For: Aqualified teacherwith a Level 5 (or above) qualification, ideally with an LDD specialism. Experience in (or a willingness to learn about) deliveringFunctional Skillsand aLife Skills curriculum. A deep understanding of thePreparing for Adulthoodframework and a commitment toperson-centred learning. A creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching and behaviour management.
