Position: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Abergavenny Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 17:00 Additional Benefits: Bonus Overtime (1.5x after 40 hours, 2.0x on Sundays) 29 Days Holiday We are looking for a dynamic and experienced maintenance supervisor to join our team in the Abergavenny area. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a skilled engineering team while contributing to the success and growth of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Engineers Assist with the development and execution of engineering and production plans. Implement and drive the engineering strategy to improve reliability, quality, safety, and asset utilization. Provide hands-on support for plant installations, modifications, and maintenance tasks. Ensure all engineering activities comply with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements. Deliver leadership and coaching to develop your team, helping them reach their full potential through performance management and personal development. Lead project management initiatives and change initiatives to enhance plant operations. What We’re Looking For: Engineering qualifications (time-served apprenticeship). Strong leadership skills Proven ability to work with engineering schedule KPIs and deliver change through effective project management. Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous. This is a 50% hands-on role, where you will have the chance to lead from the front, step in for colleagues during holidays or sickness, and be at the heart of driving excellence within the engineering team.
