General Manager Salary up to - £70K P/A Location – Bordon Permanent position / Monday – Friday / 40 hours per week The ideal candidate will need to have experience within the Manufacturing, Chemicals, Surface Treatment or similar sector. The company are looking for someone who is willing, professional, punctual and passionate. Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a General Manager to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day business strategies to achieve revenue growth. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships. Monitor financial performance and key metrics, ensuring profitability and cost control. Build, manage, and motivate a small team, fostering a positive workplace culture. Develop long-term plans aligned with business goals. Experience required: Minimum 5-7 years in a leadership role within a small-to-medium-sized business or similar environment. Experience in driving commercial success and managing business functions. Prior experience in creating and managing operational processes is highly desirable.
