Repairs Surveyor

I am currently assisting a client within the London area that is currently hiring for two Repairs Surveyor positions with a focus on delivering proactive and detailed diagnosis. The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and/or Housing Associations to assess structural and safety issues brought forward in a wide portfolio. Responsibilities Ensure all properties are safe, clean and habitable in accordance with upcoming legislation changes Regularly report findings and assess building integrity Undertake diagnosis of all DMC issues so issues can be properly rectified Pre/Post Inspections and keep records up to date Requirements Surveying qualification is essential References from last 3 years of work Package 3-month contract Negotiable rate DOE 5 days onsite with Flexi working Potential for extension based on performance For more information on the role please contact me – Anyone looking to apply, please reply with an up-to-date CV.
