Are you a flexible and proactive Cover Supervisor based in Sheffield and available to start a new role immediately? Have you got previous experience working in secondary schools? Empowering Learning are working closely with a high-achieving secondary school in S10 who are on the lookout for a dynamic and versatile Cover Supervisor to join the school temporarily. About the school: A welcoming and supportive school with an unrivalled dedication to ensuring that every student is supported in their education A high-achieving school which is ranked as one of the most successful schools in Sheffield Judged as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted Excellent teacher training and CPD programmes in place Located in a leafy area of Calderdale Role and responsibilities: Flexible and versatile approach to work To deliver pre-planned lessons to a high standard, ensuring students remain engaged in their lessons Manage classroom behaviour and foster an inclusive learning environment for all students Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning. Requirements: Previous experience covering schools in secondary schools would be ideal, but not essential. Full training from the school is provided.
