Excellent communication, and organisational skills. Valid & Clear UK Driving Licence Key responsibilities: Support the Registered Manager in compliance with policies, procedures, and Ofsted regulations. Deputise for the Registered Manager when needed. Safeguard and promote young people's welfare, ensuring their needs are met. Maintain a safe, supportive environment and assist with admissions in line with care plans. Develop relationships with parents, social workers, and professionals. Balance managerial duties with hands-on care, leading shifts and maintaining confidentiality.
