Leading player in the UK market - £40 million turnover business Channel driven role focused on colleges and Universities Exciting new tech products in the pipeline Realistic targets and earning potential Autonomous role managing your own pipeline and diary Business Development Manager - Higher Education Channel Area: North of England 40-45k basic 20-25k OTE uncapped car allowance The Role: Reporting to one of our Channel Managers, the role of Business Development Manager is critical to the on-going success and future growth of the business. Successfully finding new clients whilst building strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth that exceeds business expectations and delivering customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. This role is specifically targeting the higher education channel (colleges and Universities) across the UK. As one of our dynamic and experienced Business Development Managers you will be responsible for new business acquisition as well as managing existing clients within a specific sector. This role will require a strong, organised approach, alongside strategic execution. The split between new business and existing client management will be fluid so both skill sets are required. You will be targeted monthly to deliver new growth, selling our full portfolio of products from ANPR, EV Charging to the booking app. You will drive your own pipeline growth by ensuring that you are delivering appropriate activity levels commensurate with your own conversion ratios and the pipeline will be expected to exceed our growth expectations. The Channel team will have end to end ownership of the customer and will be the single point of contact from deal initiation all the way through to installation as well as subsequent account management. As a key member of the Channel team, you will be expected to be out in the field for at least 75% of the time, in customer meetings. The Company: UK market leading car park management company who have enjoyed rapid growth over the past 20 years. Currently at £45 million turnover with around 200 employees and growing, they are dynamic and innovative with industry leading technology. For this Business Development Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Proven success in a new business field sales role in a B2B environment - ideally with previous experience selling to higher education or other public sector process.
