Lead Mechanical Draughtsperson

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a Lead Mechanical Draughtsperson to join their exisiting team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering Degree / HNC, Mechanical experience, and some knowledge of fabrication would be an advantage. The main duties of the role will include checking and approvingdesign definition models, manufacturing drawings and ensuringquality and consistency of all detail definition output, managingsubcontract detail design from a technical aspect - to be effective and efficient, ensuringdrafting work is using the correct information to produce design definition (e.g. design intent, standards), and ensuringProduct Definition meets Fit, Form and Function as defined in Design Intent. Permanent role with some scope for hybrid working for the right candidate. ADZN1_UKTJ
