The initial project will be an 800-plot site in Hucknall. Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in any sector or background as we are looking for multi-sector experience. This role can be offered on a contract or permanent basis. Our client provides full support to help you gain chartership and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans. Conducting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Managing subcontractor procurement and negotiation. Preparing and submitting interim valuations and final accounts. Assessing and managing project risks and opportunities. Providing accurate and timely cost reporting to senior management. Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. Supporting the project team with commercial and contractual advice.
