Air Conditioning Engineer Reading, Berkshire £47,000 - £50,000 Benefits We have a fantastic opportunity for a Air Conditioning Engineer to join one of the UK's leading maintenance providers. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across a large commercial office space. Key Responsibilities: PPM & Reactive Maintenance – Ensure HVAC systems are maintained in line with contract requirements. Fault Finding & Repairs – Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of A/C systems. Systems Covered – Single & multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, VAVs, DX Units, CRAC units, Close Control. Technical Work – Compressor replacements, condensers, re-gassing, brazing, soldering, and more. Compliance – Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and up to date. Subcontractor Coordination & Management – Liaise with third parties when required. General Building Services – Support with PPMs and reactive works where necessary. What We're Looking For: F-Gas Category 1 (Essential) 3 years' experience in service & maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
