Who We're Looking For: To be considered for this role, you should: ✅ Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education). ✅ Have experience teaching Key Stage 2 or Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 3. ✅ Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills. ✅ Be confident in delivering an engaging and creative curriculum that supports pupils transitioning into Key Stage 2. ✅ Be proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player. ✅ Be passionate about nurturing young learners and supporting their academic and personal development.
