Engineering Shift team Leader Location: Poole Salary: £55,848 Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights) Are you an experienced Engineering Shift team Leader looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? This role is a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly, much like the conductor of an orchestra ensuring every section plays in harmony. The Role: As an Engineering Shift Leader , you will: Lead a team of engineers to maintain and improve production efficiency. Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is carried out effectively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance. Maintain health, safety, and food quality standards . Use maintenance management systems to track activities and asset performance. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. What We're Looking For: Experience in a similar engineering leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance . Proven ability to lead a team in a high-speed production environment, ensuring all moving parts work together seamlessly. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance. Familiarity with health & safety, food safety, and compliance regulations .
